<p>On <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Saturday, April 24, 2010</span></strong>, St. Joan Antida High School is holding its Annual Benefit Dinner &amp; Auction .&nbsp; The theme is Mardi Gras!&nbsp; Our goal is to net $160,000 towards academic scholarship, financial aid, technological upgrades, special projects, and scholastic enrichment.&nbsp; This year&#8217;s co-chairs are <strong>Joe &amp; Jenifer Tate</strong> and <strong>Paul &amp; Lisa Sweeney</strong>.&nbsp; Join us for a great night benefiting the leaders of tomorrow!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you to all who came out and supported this fundraiser! The Franciscan Pilgrimage Program offers an opportunity for young people of high school age to make a pilgrimage to Assisi and Rome, Italy.&nbsp;The program is designed to be a spiritual pilgrimage.&nbsp;The Franciscan Pilgrimage Program brings teens to Assisi, Italy to learn about values and peace-making through St. Francis and St. Claire, two saints who went through much of what teens experience today.&nbsp;It serves as a culmination of academic work that students have begun as part of their course curriculum.&nbsp; A group of 20 SJA students will be traveling from December 27, 2009 through January 6, 2010.</p>
<p>To help off set the cost of this trip, students of SJA will be participating in various fundraising activities.&nbsp; On Saturday, August 22, 2009, students held a car wash which raised over $800 for the trip!&nbsp; To learn how you can help these students, please email&nbsp; <a href="javascript:location.href='mailto:'+String.fromCharCode(106,100,97,117,108,64,115,97,105,110,116,106,111,97,110,97,110,116,105,100,97,46,111,114,103)+'?'">Sr. Jennifer Daul</a>&nbsp;or you may call her at (414) 272-8423.<br />
